For New
Accounts
We have
a 30-day
money
back
guarantee
on all
new
hosting
accounts.
If you
are not
completely
satisfied
with our
services
within
the
first 30
days of
your
contract,
you will
be given
a full
refund
of the
contract
amount
excluding
setup
fees.
Setup
fees are
refundable
for the
following
reasons
only:
1.The
account
order is
cancelled
prior to
activation;
or
2.The
domain
name was
not
available
from the
InterNIC
No
refunds
are
available
after
the 30th
day or
if he
has
violated
our TOS
.
Additional
services
such as
data
transfer
overages,
disk
space,
pop
accounts,
domain
registration
fees,
etc. are
non-refundable.
